​Comprehensive assessment of foundation configurations, structural steel elements, subterranean plumbing systems, and electrical conduit situated below ground level.

Comprehensive assessment of framing, outer wall covering, electrical wiring, and plumbing infrastructure.

11-month Builder’s Warranty Inspection:
 

Similar to an existing home inspection, this involves identifying any issues that need to be resolved before the builder's 1-year warranty expires.

​Full operational evaluation of the system, including any installed above grade mechanical components, and drain field

Visual and operational evaluation of the wellhead, pump, and pressure/storage tank. A water sample is collected and transported to a state accredited laboratory for quality testing. Results are usually available within 24 hours.
